Terms of Service — RLC Reviews

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the RLC Reviews integration (the “Integration”) on a WordPress website.

Overview

The Integration enables a website administrator to connect a Google account with access to a Google Business Profile and display that business’s Google reviews on the website.

Eligibility and admin responsibility

You must be an authorized administrator of the WordPress site and have the right to connect the Google account and Business Profile you select.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Integration to:

• Misrepresent review content
• Circumvent Google policies
• Access Business Profile data you are not authorized to access

Third-party services

The Integration relies on Google services (including Google OAuth and Business Profile APIs). Your use of Google services is subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Integration at any time. Review display may be affected by Google API availability and configuration.

Disclaimers

The Integration is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R+L Carriers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of use of the Integration.
